What we service
We work on equipment we sold and equipment we did not. If your water treatment system is underperforming, leaking, or simply overdue for attention, call us and we will assess whether we can help before scheduling anything.
Our standard test covers hardness, ammonia, chlorine, pH, iron, and total dissolved solids. We bring testing equipment to your location at no charge on a first visit. Parameters requiring specialist analysis are sent to our accredited partner laboratory.
We diagnose and repair most makes and models of water softeners. We are Hydrotech Factory Certified Technicians and can service Hydrotech equipment to factory standards. We also work on other brands. If your softener is not regenerating correctly, passing hard water, or leaking, we can assess it.
Parts stocked for 765, 485/585/785HE series. Most other models assessed on visit.
Carbon filters, iron filters, Greensand+ beds, sediment filters, tannin systems. We service whole-home filtration systems of most configurations regardless of who originally installed them. Filter media replacement, valve service, and system inspection all available.
Filter and membrane replacement, pressure checks, sanitization, and system inspection for most RO configurations. We stock American-made, NSF-certified membranes and can service RO systems we did not install. Performance issues, slow flow, or overdue filter changes — we handle all of it.
We service Stenner Pump Company chemical injection pumps, including systems we did not originally install. Stenner pumps are peristaltic metering pumps used to inject hydrogen peroxide, chlorine, and other treatment chemicals into well water systems. Tube replacement, pump head service, calibration, and troubleshooting available.
Models serviced: Stenner 45, 85, Econ FP, E20
We deliver 50 lb bags of Solar Salt Crystals and load them directly into your brine tank. Minimum order of four bags. Delivery available throughout Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, McLean, and Fulton Counties. Schedule at least four days in advance.
Our credentials
Factory certification from Hydrotech means our technicians are trained and tested on Hydrotech equipment specifically. That matters for warranty work and for complex diagnostics on control valves and system boards. It also means we know these systems deeply enough to service them correctly the first time.
For equipment from other manufacturers, we have over 30 years of hands-on experience with the full range of residential and commercial water treatment equipment used in Central Illinois. We assess each situation on its own merits. If a system is beyond economic repair or outside our scope, we will tell you that directly rather than attempt a service call that will not resolve the problem.
